All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will be sent a confirmation email once order is placed & a second email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@jogami.com.au and we will look into your order. Once your package has shipped out, delivery is expected within 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note, once your order has shipped out, JOGAMI is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local Post Office with the tracking number.
We are currently not shipping internationally.
Although we do not accept returns, we strive to keep our customers happy and can review issues on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues upon arrival of your items or if you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@jogami.com.au within 7 days of arrival and we will get back to you ASAP.
If a faulty item is received, please contact us on hello@jogami.com.au to arrange a return via post for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by JOGAMI.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all JOGAMI items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
